Land Rover – Well Storied
Land Rover vehicles and Land Rover owners share storytelling in their DNA. The ‘Well Storied’ concept builds on that, making a multi-touch CRM program featuring inspirational stories and histories from both Land Rover vehicles and Land Rover owners. The aim was to fortify an emotional and familiar connection with the current owner and the brand, reaffirming loyalty and establishing motive for further purchase.
